The sewage treatment quality predicting method is applied to a sewage treatment system which comprises a server, a discharging device, a plurality of processing devices and a plurality of collecting sensors. The method comprises the following steps: the server constructs a deep belief network model according to historical processing water quality data, environmental data and discharged water quality data; the plurality of collecting sensors acquire processing water quality data and environmental data in the plurality of processing devices; and the server performs normalization processing on the water quality data and environmental data, and inputs the normalized water quality data and normalized environmental data to the deep belief network model to predict to obtain the normalized predicated discharge water quality data; and the server denormalizes the normalized predicated discharge water quality data to obtain the predicated discharge water quality data.
