Problems solved by technology

At present, the treatment of Stanford type A aortic dissection at home and abroad, the treatment of the aortic arch and the distal descending aorta, and the reconstruction of the aortic arch plus stented elephant trunk all require deep hypothermia (nasopharyngeal temperature 15-20°C) and circulatory arrest. The process of circulatory arrest at the artery takes more than 15 minutes. For patients, the longer the circulatory arrest time, the greater the risk of surgery, and the probability of complications, ICU stay time, rehabilitation time, and hospitalization costs will also increase accordingly.

Embodiment Construction

[0029] In order to further explain the technical solution of the present invention, the present invention will be described in detail below through specific examples.

[0030] Such as figure 1 As shown, the perfusion stented artificial blood vessel 10 disclosed by the present invention includes a soft artificial blood vessel main body 1 , a self-expandable metal stent 2 and a first perfusion branch 3 . The soft artificial blood vessel main body 1 is a braided artificial blood vessel, which can be a polyester artificial blood vessel, a polytetrafluoroethylene artificial blood vessel, etc., with a diameter of 28-40mm to suit different groups of people. The soft artificial blood vessel main body 1 is divided into a section close to the heart and a section far away from the heart from the position close to the heart.

[0031] The self-expandable metal stent 2 is fixed on the inside of the section of the soft artificial blood vessel main body 1 away from the heart, and the section...

Abstract

The invention discloses a perfused distal-end artificial blood vessel with a stent and an artificial blood vessel for a descending part of arcus aortae. The perfused distal-end artificial blood vessel with the stent comprises a flexible artificial blood vessel body, a self-expansion metal stent and a first perfusion branch. The self-expansion metal stent is fixed inwardly away from one section of a heart of the flexible artificial blood vessel body. One section, close to the heart, of the flexible artificial blood vessel body does not have the self-expansion metal stent. The first perfusion branch is used for connection and perfusion of extracorporeal circulation and formed in such a manner that the flexible artificial blood vessel body draws close to one section of the heart. The perfused distal-end artificial blood vessel with the stent and the artificial blood vessel for the descending part of arcus aortae have the following beneficial effects: when an aortic arch part coincides to a descending part on the condition of minor hypothermia during aortic dissection, circulatory arrest time is reduced to 1 to 2 min during an operation so that operation risk is greatly reduced; the complication probability caused by an operation is reduced; and detention time and recovery time of ICU for a patient are reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an artificial blood vessel, in particular to a perfusion artificial blood vessel with a stent at the distal end and an artificial blood vessel at the descending part of the aortic arch for treating Stanford type A aortic dissection. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of people's living standards, diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and atherosclerosis are increasing year by year, and the incidence of aortic dissection is also on the rise. Aortic dissection refers to blood entering the aortic wall through the aortic intimal tear and causing the separation of the arterial wall. It is one of the most common aortic diseases. Stanford type A aortic dissection has the highest mortality rate of aortic disease and has a high risk , high complications, and high mortality. [0003] Surgical treatment is currently the main option to save patients with Stanford type A aortic dissection. The simple and...
