The mechanism comprises a shell, two gear shifting motors, screw rods, nuts, gear shifting heads and gear shifting shafts, wherein the gear shifting motors are arranged on the shell; external threads are formed in the screw rods; one ends of the screw rods are respectively connected with the corresponding gear shifting motors; the nuts are sleeved on the screw rods and can be moved along directions of the screw rods; internal threads corresponding to the external threads are formed in the nuts; U-shaped grooves are arranged in upper parts of the gear shifting heads and connected with the nuts through clearance fit; the gear shifting shafts are respectively sleeved in the corresponding gear shifting heads; and the screw rods, the nuts, the gear shifting heads and the gear shifting shafts are arranged in the shell. The gear shifting actuating mechanism disclosed by the invention is simple in structure and has the advantages that gear selecting is not needed, so that the gear shifting time is reduced; and rubber gaskets having a certain flexibility are arranged between shafts of the screw rods and the gear shifting motors, so that impact and vibration are avoided in the gear shifting process.
