Abstract

The invention discloses a passive residual heat removal system based on heat pipe heat exchange and a nuclear energy system. The passive residual heat removal system is applied to a coolant main circulation system mainly composed of a reactor core, a circulating pump and a main heat exchanger and comprises an accident residual heat exchanger, a residual heat hot trip and a residual heat removal connector, wherein the residual heat removal connector and the coolant main circulation system form parallel connection relationship, and the accident residual heat exchanger is filled with a phase change medium and is used for vaporizing and absorbing heat when the temperature of a primary circuit rises to a boiling point of the phase change medium, so that decay residual heat of the reactor core is taken away. The passive residual heat removal system according to the invention adopts phase change heat exchange, is compact in structure, small in size and high in heat exchange efficiency, is safe and reliable and also can be automatically put into operation according system requirements, so that complete passive design is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a passive waste heat removal system mainly used for the decay waste heat discharge of nuclear energy systems, and also relates to a nuclear energy system using the passive waste heat removal system. Background technique [0002] Reactor waste heat removal system is an important safety system in reactor design, which is related to whether the waste heat can be safely and reliably exported after reactor shutdown, so as to ensure the safety of reactor shutdown. [0003] Existing reactor waste heat removal systems adopt active or passive designs, and most of them adopt convective or radiative heat transfer methods, which have high requirements on the environment or equipment, are bulky and costly. Especially for small or micro reactors, it is difficult to meet special requirements. Contents of the invention [0004] Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing reactor waste heat removal system, the purpose of the present invention...
