The disinfection and deodorization spray-washing liquid is prepared from: a, one or more of main fungicides: C12 to C18 chain cationic surfactant, C12 to C16 chain amphoteric surfactant, elemental iodine, glutaraldehyde, dichlorocyanuric acid or sodium salt thereof, 3 percent to 30 percent hydrogen peroxide and 2,4-dichlorphenoxyacetic acid; b, an atomizing agent and an enhancing agent: isopropyl alcohol and ethanol; c, a water quality treatment agent and an acid-alkali treatment agent: EDTA (Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetic Acid) or sodium salt thereof, citric acid, lactic acid, tartaric acid, fumaric acid, malic acid, phosphorous acid and ethanolamine; d, an active enhancing agent or a colloid penetrating agent: a nonionic surfactant or a compound thereof; e, a deodorization agent and a synergist: ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerol, 8 percent polyvinyl alcohol, modified starch and cellulose; f, water.
