The invention provides an anti-pollution aging method for putting black tea into a packaging container with a ventilated extraction valve having sealing and filter films and specially designed packaging container for implementing the method, wherein the method comprises the following steps of: a) putting the black tea into the packaging container with the ventilated extraction valve, and keeping the black tea in a sealing state; b) screwing on a first regulation protecting cover of aventilated valve, wherein the ventilated extraction valve comprises a ventilated valve and an extraction valve; c) screwing off a sealing cover of the extraction valve, pumping by a vacuum pump so that the vacuum degree in the packaging container is smaller than or equal to 150-250 Pa, reducing air, dust particles and microorganism carried by the air in the container to least, and screwing on the sealing cover of the extraction valve so as to keep the extraction valve in the sealing state; and d) loosening the first regulation protecting cover of the ventilated valve reversely by screwing, causing the air to pass through a micropore filter film to enter in and out the bag, preventing the particles and microorganism outside from entering into the packaging container, naturally oxidizing the tea to finish the anti-pollution aging so that the tea is more fragrant when the time is longer. The fatality rate of the metarhizium anisopliae CQMa421 strain prepared by adopting a method for enhancing the toxicity can reach 100% and is improved by 30%; and the effect is very outstanding. Various components of a metarhizium anisopliae preparation effectively cooperate to reach the effect of synergistic interaction. The metarhizium anisopliae preparation disclosed by the invention is sprayed by blending in water; and the field control effect on the black peach aphids and the lipaphis erysimi kaltenbach reaches 80% or above. The preparation has good ultraviolet resistant characteristic and wetting dispersion characteristic; the biological activity in long-term storage is kept; and the storage time can reach 12 months.
