Embodiment 1

[0039] figure 1 It is a right side view showing the internal structure of the front-loading-type washing machine of this embodiment, figure 2 It is a front view showing the internal structure of the front-loading washing machine. figure 2 In the front view of , the direction in front of the paper surface is shown as the front side, and the depth direction (direction going inward) on the paper surface is shown as the rear side. figure 1 Z represents the rotation axis of the drum 21 and the motor 22 .

[0040] like figure 1 As shown, in the front-loading washing machine, an inlet 1a for loading and unloading laundry is provided substantially in the center of a casing 1 constituting the outer contour, and a door 2 is attached to the inlet 1a so as to be openable and closable. The operation panel 3 located on the upper part of the casing 1 is electrically connected to the control device 4 for sequentially controlling the operation, and is used for setting the operation progra...

Embodiment 2

[0064] Figure 5 It is a schematic diagram which shows the internal structure of the back of the front-loading-type washing machine of 2nd Embodiment. A motor 50 is provided on the lower rear side of the tub 23 . A front anti-vibration member 54 is provided in front of the motor 50 , that is, on the right side of the tub 23 , and a rear anti-vibration member 55 is provided on the left side of the tub 23 . Moreover, the pulley 51 provided in the back surface of the tub 23 is connected with the back surface of the drum 21, and supports the drum 21 rotatably. The power of the motor 50 is transmitted to the pulley 51 via the belt 52, and the drum 21 can be rotationally driven in the left-right direction. In this embodiment example, the spin-drying rotation direction is rotated counterclockwise.

[0065] According to the above configuration, since the front side vibration isolating member 54 has a wider rear than the rear side vibration isolating member 55 , a space for arrangin...

Embodiment 3

[0068] Figure 6 It is a schematic diagram which shows the internal structure of the upper surface of the front-loading-type washing machine of the 3rd embodiment. Figure 6 Viewed from above, the drum 23 is divided into four areas A1, A2, A3 and A4 by the middle line X of the front anti-vibration member 24 and the rear side anti-vibration member 25 and the rotation axis Z of the drum 21 perpendicular thereto. The front suspension spring 60 arranged at the front end of the outer tub 23 is arranged in a manner closer to the rear side vibration-proof member 25 with respect to the rotation axis Z of the drum 21, and the rear suspension spring 61 arranged at the rear end of the outer tub 23 is arranged closer to the rotation axis Z of the drum 21. The front side anti-vibration member 24 is arranged. That is, the rear anti-vibration member 25 is arranged in the area A1, the front suspension spring is arranged in the area A2, the front anti-vibration member 24 is arranged in the ar...

Abstract

According to the present invention, there is provided a washing machine capable of increasing the stability of a vibration system including at least a drum, an outer tank, and an electric motor with respect to the load amount such as washing objects and water, without increasing the number of the vibration-proofing members, even for a large-capacity drum. The washing machine comprises: an outer tank (23) for water storage; a drum (21) rotatably provided in the outer tank (23) and used for washing and drying; a motor (22) for rotatably driving the drum (21); a front anti-vibration member (24) for upward supporting the lower front side of the outer tank (23); and a rear anti-vibration member (25) for upward supporting the lower rear side of the outer tank (23). The front anti-vibration member (24) and the rear anti-vibration member (25) are disposed in front of the center of gravity of the system at least comprising the outer tank (23), the drum (21) and the motor (22) in non-loaded condition.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a drum type washing machine and a drum type washer dryer. Background technique [0002] In the drum type washing machine, an outer tub for storing water is supported in a housing in a vibration-proof manner, and a drum serving as a washing and dehydrating tub is rotatably supported in the outer tub by a motor. In the dehydration step, the laundry accommodated in the drum is dehydrated by rotating the drum at a high speed. At this time, if the laundry in the drum deviates (unbalanced), an excitation force is generated due to the asymmetry of the centrifugal force. Due to the exciting force, there are cases where the vibrating system including at least the drum, the tub, and the motor vibrates to cause vibration and noise. Therefore, such a drum-type washing machine has a vibration-proof member that supports the tub from below, and suppresses the vibration of the vibration system. [0003] In a washing machine in which...
