Flow speed sensors are separately arranged at the water inlet channel of the condenser and the water inlet channel of the condenser for acquiring water flow speed in real time, so that a water scale condition of a water path of the condenser can be determined according to difference of the two kinds of flow speed; and the ball emitter is controlled to automatically select rubber balls with proper sizes for cleaning, so that a phenomenon that the condenser is easily blocked during cleaning while the water scale is severe is avoided, and cleaning efficiency and the cleaning effect are improved.
