Abstract

The invention relates to a method for simultaneously enriching and detecting phenolic, estrogenic and androgenic EDCs (Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals) in drinking water. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, concentrating and enriching a pretreated water sample by adopting an SPE (Solid Phase Extraction) method; secondly, analyzing and detecting by utilizing LC (Liquid Chromatography)-MS (Mass Spectrometry) / MS; finally, determining the concentration of three kinds of EDCs in a water sample according to an analysis chromatogram of the sample and a standard working curve of the three kinds of EDCs.
