Abstract

The barbecue special oil is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 70-90% of a main raw material and 10-30% of vegetable oil, wherein the main raw material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 75-85% of chilies, 7-15% of clove, 4-6% of fructus amomi, 1-3% of round cardamom, 0.5-0.9% of dried orange peel and 0.2-0.4% of cassia bark; and the vegetable oil is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 60-80% of soybean oil and 20-40% of sesame oil. The preparation method comprises the steps: (1) weighing the raw materials; (2) treating and pulverizing the raw materials; (3) heating the raw materials to 100 DEG C, and maintaining the temperature for 0.2-0.5 hour; and (4) performing naturally cooling to normal temperature. The preparation method solves the problem that barbecue seasoning with a pure taste is difficult to prepare by ordinary people.
