According to the invention, driven by water, the garbage flows into the apparatus; after filtration by the sieve plate (5), water and garbage are separated, water is discharged, and the garbage is left in the apparatus as a raw material for recovery, thereby effectively solving the problem of collecting and recovering garbage in rivers and lakes in cities.
