The rotary lock hook assembly comprises a hook, a rotary shaft and a bearing pedestal. The electromagnetic unlocking assembly comprises an electromagnet and a first fixed base. The electromagnet is provided with a telescopic connection rod. The pressure reset locking assembly comprises a damper and a second fixed base. The damper comprises a telescopic supporting rod. The free end of the telescopic supporting rod is hinged to the middle or the lower portion of a support rod. When the electromagnet is powered on, the telescopic connection rod pulls the support rod and drives the rotary shaft to rotate, then, the hook is rotated and uplifted to be unlocked, and the telescopic supporting rod can push the rotary shaft to rotate after the electromagnet is powered off so as to reset and lock the hook.
