Abstract

The invention proposes a device for reducing frequency traction of a direct up-conversion transmitter. The device is characterized by comprising a differential amplifier tube made up of transistors M1 and M2, a balun and a band-pass filter array; the differential amplifier tube is used for amplifying an inputted differential signal to generate a differential radio frequency signal; the balun is used for converting the differential radio frequency signal generated by the differential amplifier tube into a single-ended radio frequency signal; and the band-pass filter array comprises an inductor L1, capacitors C1, C2, C3, C4 and C5, and control switches S7, S8, S9 and S10 and used for filtering out interference components in the single-ended radio frequency signal outputted by the balun, so as to connect an antenna to carry out signal emission. According to the device for reducing the frequency traction of the direct up-conversion transmitter provided by the invention, the band-pass filter array is added to the front end of a gain amplifier to suppress the amplitude of the leakage of interference signals to a phase-locked loop, thereby reducing the traction effect between transmitting signals and local oscillator signals.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device for reducing the frequency pull of a direct up-conversion transmitter. Background technique [0002] The direct up-conversion transmitter has been widely used in integrated circuits because of its simple structure and easy implementation. However, since the frequency of the phase-locked loop (PLL) in the direct up-conversion transmitter is the same as the frequency of the final transmitted signal, this causes the transmitted signal to interfere with the phase-locked loop, and the interference signal enters the transmitter again through the PLL , resulting in spectral regrowth effects that deteriorate the quality of the transmitted signal. The invention filters out the interference signal by adding a band-pass filter at the output end of the power amplifier, thereby reducing the amplitude of the interference signal and achieving the purpose of reducing frequency pull. At the same time, the band-pass filter array compo...
