Abstract

The invention discloses an array substrate, a preparation method thereof, a pixel circuit and a display panel. The array substrate comprises a thin film transistor, a pixel electrode, an adjustable storage capacitor and a capacitor adjustment control line; the thin film transistor and the pixel electrode are arranged on a base substrate; the adjustable storage capacitor is composed of a first electrode, a second electrode and a semiconductor dielectric layer clamped between the first electrode and the second electrode; the first electrode is connected with the capacitor adjustment control line; and the second electrode is connected with a drain electrode of the thin film transistor or the pixel electrode. According to the array substrate, by arranging the adjustable storage capacitor and enabling the capacitance change of the adjustable storage capacitor to be matched with changes of a coupling capacitor and a liquid crystal capacitor when the thin film transistor is started and closed, the instability of pixel feed-through voltage is improved, so that the problems of image quality such as flickering, crossing noises, ghosted images and the like of the existing liquid crystal display panel are solved.
