Based on aquatic product supply chains, mitten crabs in the Yangcheng Lake and sea cucumbers from the Dalian city are taken as specific research objects, information identification and recording means like RFID and EPC are used, and an aquatic product supply chain logistics model is deeply analyzed and extracted, thus, based on service requirements of consumers, supervisors and aquatic product supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises, the invention provides a tracing and supervision platform of the aquatic product tracing system based on the EPCIS.
