The fertilizer comprises urea, ammonium sulfate, monoammonium phosphate, potassium sulfate, potassium nitrate, anhydrous magnesium sulfate, nitrate tetrahydrate, 0.6-1.2 parts of zinc sulfate heptahydrate, ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, copper sulfate pentahydrate, boric acid, a synergistic chelating agent (citric acid+ammonia water+glycolic acid) and a biodegradable chelating agent trisodium ethylenediamine disuccinate. Through appropriate compatibility of the synergistic chelating agent and EDDS (ethylenediaminedisuccinic acid), the compound chelating agent is biodegradable, the chelating properties are significantly improved, trace elements in the fertilizer are subjected to two chelating reactions to form a water-soluble reticular chelate, and then the water-soluble reticular chelate and macroelements nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are subjected to granulation, thus obtaining the product.
