The invention discloses a smart firefighting management system. The system comprises a front-end collector, a sensor module, a video monitoring module and a background server, wherein the sensor module and the video monitoring module are both electrically connected with the front-end collector to be used for collecting fire signals, and the front-end collector is in communicating connection with the background server. The system is characterized by further comprising a BIM building information service platform, a firefighting big data platform and an alarm used for being worn on a trapped person, wherein the alarm comprises a master control module, a GPS module, a speed sensor and a sound production module with adjustable frequency and volume. Through the smart firefighting management system, the trapped person can perform effective self-rescue along a shortest escape path in an optimal escape time before a rescuer arrives.
