The method mainly comprises the following steps: acquiring verification information; generating a white list according to the verification information; receiving to-be-recognized user information sent by the electricity mobile application terminal; if the to-be-recognized user information is existent in the white list, searching whether an authentication certificate is existent in the to-be-recognized user information; if the authentication certificate is existent, judging whether the authentication certificate is in the period of validity according to the current time; if the authentication certificate is in the period of validity, acquiring to-be-recognized equipment information of the electricity mobile application terminal; if the to-be-recognized equipment information is same as source equipment information in the authentication certificate, accessing the electricity mobile application terminal to an electricity intranet server, and sending the connected information to the electricity mobile application terminal. The method, device and system disclosed by the invention are mainly applied to the process of accessing the electricity mobile application terminal to the electricity intranet.
