Benefits of technology

This new type of modifier for modifying clay or other mineral products helps reduce air leakage during construction while maintaining its effectiveness at reducing energy consumption compared to previous methods such as adding foam boards between layers of concrete walls. It does this by creating void spaces within each block that allow moisture vapor from outside sources like rainwater to escape instead of allowing them into indoor areas where they could damage wood floors. Additionally, these modifications help increase flexibility when designing different types of houses due to their ability to mold easily and quickly on site after installation. Overall, this innovative modification makes manufacturing processes faster, less expensive, easier, and better-performing alternatives to current techniques.

Problems solved by technology

The technical problem addressed in this patented text relating to the lack of an optimal design solution for constructing empty cupwall structures due to their poor quality compared to regular brick ones.

Abstract

The invention discloses a modified adobe material and a construction method for filling a traditional row-lock wall body and relates to the technical field of building construction. During construction, the modified adobe material is prepared from the following raw materials at one time by weight: 100 kg of soil, 30 kg of water, 4 kg of fibers, 1 kg of water reducing agent, 8 kg of hydrated lime and the like. The construction method for filling the traditional row-lock wall body by using the modified adobe material comprises the following steps: forming holes in the wall body; preparing the modified adobe material; shoring the outer part of the wall; and maintaining and the like. According to the construction method disclosed by the invention, by pouring the novel modified adobe material into the traditional row-lock wall, the thermal insulation property of the traditional row-lock wall can be significantly improved and the overall stability of the traditional row-lock wall body is enhanced; and in addition, compared with a conventional adobe, modified adobe has the advantages that the volume weight of the material is reduced, the strength and waterproof performance of the material are improved, industrial wastes are sufficiently used, local materials are adopted and the cost is low. The method has the effects that the technology of an existing traditional wall body is not destructed as well as capital investment is low and the heat comfort environment of traditional dwellings is greatly promoted; and moreover, the sound insulation performance of traditional buildings is improved.
