Abstract

The invention provides a work performance description information identification method and device. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) segmenting a test text according to sentences and filtering noises in the sentences; 2) carrying out keyword matching on the sentences obtained in the step 1) according to a work performance descriptive sentence dictionary and filtering the irrelevant sentences to obtain a work performance descriptive sentence candidate set; 3) carrying out word segmentation on the work performance descriptive sentences in the work performance descriptive sentence candidate set, querying a word vector table to obtain vector representations of the sentences, and inputting the vector representations into a neural network model to carry out classification so as to obtain category labels of the sentences; and 4) combining position information of the sentences according to the category labels of the sentences so as to obtain a text identification result.
