By means of the torsion damper, the pre-tightening stroke of the elastic piece is changed, and the torsional rigidity of the torsion damper is changed. As the torsional rigidity is directly related to the frequency of the torsion damper, the frequency of the torsion damper is further changed. When the torsion damper is applied to different vehicle types and the frequency of the torsion damper needs to be adjusted, a new product does not need to be developed, only the pre-tightening stroke of the elastic piece needs to be adjusted, and therefore the frequency of the torsion damper meets the new requirement. Furthermore, the universality of the torsion damper is good, the development cost of the product is better reduced, quick adjustment can be achieved, and the production cost is saved.
