In a conventional charging manner, power off is performed through manually pulling out a plug, but in winter or under the condition that the charging position is far, charging is very inconvenient. In order to solve the problem of intelligent power off, the invention adopts a timing charging device. The timing charging device is used through the steps of firstly, setting the charging time through the time setting panel of the charging head; turning on the button switch for charging; and when the time relay normally works and after the charging time is achieved, enabling the timing charging device to be in automatic power off, so that electricity cannot be supplied for an electric vehicle any more.
