Abstract

The present invention discloses an Internet of Vehicle-based safety monitoring node and system. The safety monitoring node comprises an MCU (main control unit), an identity card reader, an alcohol concentration sensor, a GPS (global positioning system) module, a vehicle-mounted CCD (charge coupled device) camera and a GPRS (general packet radio service) communication module; the identity card reader is used for acquiring the identity information of a driver; the alcohol concentration sensor is used for detecting alcohol concentration in a vehicle; the GPS module is used for positioning the vehicle in real time; the vehicle-mounted CCD camera is used for performing monitoring to judge whether the driver is tired; and the MCU is used for calculating the speed and track information of the vehicle according to positioning information. With the Internet of Vehicle-based safety monitoring node and system of the invention adopted, the safety coefficient of a driving vehicle can be obtained in real time, a basis can be provided for surrounding vehicles and traffic management departments in driving and management, traffic accidents can be decreased, traffic management efficiency can be improved, and intelligent transportation can be realized.
