Embodiment

[0018] Refer below Figure 1 to Figure 4 , describe and illustrate the multi-point single-signal temperature sensor of the present invention.

[0019] A multi-point single-signal temperature sensor of the present invention is characterized in that the sensor (1) with a single output signal is formed by parallel connection of more than two thermistors or thermocouples with the same nominal resistance.

[0020] Such as figure 2 As shown, the sensor (1) is made by packaging more than two heat-sensitive elements in parallel.

[0021] Such as image 3 As shown, the sensor (1) is composed of more than two independently packaged thermosensitive elements (2) connected in parallel.

[0022] Since the total resistance R=r / (1+1+...) of the parallel connection of resistors with the same resistance value, no matter what packaging method the thermal element in the sensor (1) adopts, when any thermal element in the parallel circuit, When the temperature of the detection range or the det...

Abstract

The invention discloses a multipoint single-signal temperature sensor, which is characterized in that a sensor having a single output signal is formed by more than two thermosensitive elements having same nominal resistance and connected in parallel. The beneficial effect is that, through the sensor formed by more than two thermosensitive elements, which are connected in parallel, during large-range multi-point independent detection, small change of any independent thermosensitive element can enable the sensor to output a detection signal quickly, stably and accurately only through one set of detection system, thereby solving the detects of an existing thermosensitive element temperature sensor when detecting large-range temperature changes.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of sensors, in particular to a temperature sensor which realizes multi-point detection and single detection signal output after a plurality of heat-sensitive elements are connected in parallel. Background technique [0002] At present, there are known temperature sensors using heat-sensitive elements, which use a package to wrap a heat-sensitive element, and the sensor acquires and provides detection signals in a one-to-one manner. Therefore, when the detection range is large, either increase the metal conduction method to expand the detection range, or use multiple independent detection systems for sub-regional detection. [0003] Due to the different thermal conductivity coefficients of different metal materials, the thermal conduction is affected by factors such as material thickness and environment, so that the method of using metal conduction to increase the detection range has serious detection hystere...
