The method comprises the following steps of firstly, designing a mobile testing end to collect testing results of a microorganism metabolite sample and a microorganism metabolite antibody testing liquid, and measuring the temperature, relative humidity and air pressure; sending the testing results, temperature, relative humidity and air pressure information to a data terminal; enabling the data terminal to compare the received information and the detection and experiment results under different air temperatures, different environment relative humidifies and different air pressure conditions in the pre-experiment, so as to obtain the analyzing result of the organism metabolite; sending the analyzing result to the mobile testing end.
