Abstract

The automatic thermal insulation box comprises a thermal insulation box body; a turning cover is movably mounted on the thermal insulation box body; the interior of the thermal insulation box body is divided into four battery positioning cabins by an isolation frame; temperature control elements are embedded in the isolation frame; and an electric heating film is arranged at the bottoms of the battery positioning cabins. The turning cover is movably connected with the thermal insulation box body, so that a sealed thermal insulation effect can be realized after combination while a relatively good heat dissipation and ventilation effect can be ensured after detachment; the thermal insulation box body adopts three-layer structural design, and an aerogel thermal insulation material has extremely high thermal insulation and thermal-shielding performance and is relatively light in weight, so that the power consumption of the electric heating film can be greatly lowered; and in addition, by virtue of aluminum foil, outwardly-dissipated radiation in battery operation can be lowered.
