The novel light-weight concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-100 parts of cement, 30-50 parts of PC, 5-10 parts of powdered carbon, 10-15 parts of quicklime, 50-70 parts of fly ash, 15-34 parts of a waste calcination material; 0.05-0.2 parts of zinc sulfate, 1-4 parts of calcium carbonate, 15-30 parts of an additive, 50-100 parts of seriflux, 36-85 parts of an aggregate material, and 3.85-5.1 parts of a super retarder. The novel light-weight concrete has the advantages that a traditional concrete formula is broken down, PC can substitute partial cement, through activation of calcium carbonate and zinc sulfate as well as reinforcement of quicklime, the light-weight concrete has the engineering value of concrete, compared with the current concrete, the mass is mitigated by more than 10 times, so that large burden can be mitigated for construction.
