The method includes: acquiring each internal structure of the transformer, and establishing a three-dimensional finite element model of a leakage magnetic field of the transformer according to the internal structures; applying an exciting current to the model to obtain distribution and size of the leakage magnetic field of the transformer; establishing a two-dimensional finite element model of a leakage magnetic field of the transformer according to the internal structures; applying an exciting current to obtain distribution and size of the leakage magnetic field, which is in the two-dimensional finite element model, of the transformer; calculating distribution and size of a leakage magnetic field, which is of the three-dimensional model and corresponds to the two-dimensional model, of the transformer according to a position corresponding relationship of the three-dimensional model and the two-dimensional model; calculating a correction coefficient of the exciting current in the two-dimensional model; and compensating for the exciting current of the two-dimensional model according to the correction coefficient, and calculating and obtaining distribution and size of the leakage magnetic field, which is in a new two-dimensional model, of the transformer.
