The system comprises a control device, a crushing device, a screening device and a storage device; the crushing device comprises a crusher, wherein a rotor is arranged in a crusher shell body, a crushing space is formed between the rotor and the shell body, anda space adjusting mechanism used for changing the size of the crushing space is further arranged in the shell body; a crushing motor is arranged outside the crusher and connected with a power adjusting mechanism used for changing the input power of the crushing motor; the screening device is provided with a material monitoring mechanism for identifying the type and size of crushed metal parts andoutputting a monitoring identification signal; and the control device receives the monitoring identification signal and outputs a control signal, and controls the space adjusting mechanism and the power adjusting mechanism to act. According to the scheme, when the system runs, the control device can adjust the size of the crushing space and the power of the crushing motor according to the monitoring identification signal, the granularity and the output quantity of materials output by the crusher are controlled, and automatic optimization operation of the system is realized.
