The invention provides a pipe welding platform. The pipe welding platform comprises a pipe welding fixture, an automatic welding gun and a control device. The pipe welding fixture comprises a pipe fixing device which is fixedly mounted on two rotating plates [2], and the two rotating plates are mounted in two fixing platforms [1] through vertical shafts respectively. The automatic welding gun is mounted in an automatic welding gun mounting space between the two fixing platforms and is mounted on a traveling mechanism [5] through a radial telescopic mechanism [6], the traveling mechanism is in controlled movement along an annular rail, and the movement direction of the radial telescopic mechanism is coincided with a straight line passing through a pipe joint plane center. The control device comprises an automatic welding gun power on and off control unit, a traveling mechanism movement control unit and a radial telescopic mechanism movement control unit. Compared with the prior art, the pipe welding platform has the advantage that clamping stability and automation in pipe welding are realized.
