Abstract

The invention provides an early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer for subway segments and a preparation method thereof. The superplasticizer is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 20-30 percent of an early-strength polycarboxylate stock solution, 5-10 percent of a water-reduction polycarboxylate stock solution, 1.5-3 percent of a viscosity-reduction additive, 2-4 percent of pumping aid, 0.05-0.1 percent of a defoaming agent and the balance of water through a reasonable raw material proportion by adopting a step-by-step mixing. By using the early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the concrete viscosity and large bubbles inside the concrete are greatly reduced, and the appearance quality of the subway segments prepared from the early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer is remarkably improved.
