Abstract

The invention provides a vibrating displacement signal online detection device internally provided with a valve element of a pilot valve. A valve body is provided with a hollow cavity. One end of the valve body is connected with a positioning nut, and the other end of the valve body is connected with an end cap. A pressure-regulation screw is connected with the positioning nut through a thread. A stop block, a regulation rod, an electric eddy sensor, the conical valve element and a valve seat are arranged in the valve body in sequence. One end of the stop block abuts against one end of the pressure-regulation screw, and the other end of the stop block is connected with the regulation rod. A longitudinal notch is formed in one end of the regulation rod, and a cylindrical through hole is formed in the center of the regulation rod. The electric eddy sensor is of a T-shaped structure and is arranged in the regulation rod in a sleeved mode, and a probe part of the electric eddy sensor stretches out of the regulation rod. A hollow cavity is formed in the electric eddy sensor. A measurement coil is mounted at the top end of a hollow cavity of a probe and led out of the valve body through an extension cable. The regulation rod can move in the axial direction, and the probe of the electric eddy sensor and the valve element are sleeved with a regulation spring in the circumferential direction.
