Embodiment Construction

[0050] The technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0051] A method for locating an asynchronous fault area in a power grid, such as figure 1 As shown, the specific steps are as follows.

[0052] Step 1: Number all busbar nodes in the power grid in sequence, and select some busbar nodes to arrange measuring points.

[0053] In order to ensure the maximum observability of fault location and the economy of measurement cost, it is necessary to arrange the measuring points reasonably, and the present invention adopts the following principles to deploy the measuring points:

[0054] (1) For bus nodes with only one incoming line (or outgoing line), measuring points must be configured.

[0055] (2) For the bus nodes that constitute a single-edge ring network (there are no other nodes on the line between any two nodes in the network), if the total number of these bus nodes is N, then it is necessa...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for positioning a non-synchronous fault area in a power grid. The method comprises: first, assuming that fault occurs to each bus in the power grid sequentially; calculating the theoretical amplitude of a specific frequency component of a first wave head signal of linear-mode voltage traveling wave at each measuring point; taking the theoretical amplitude at any one measuring point as a reference and establishing theoretical amplitude ratio arrays of the other measuring points to the reference point; second, after fault occurs to a certain line in the power grid, obtaining the first wave head signals of the linear-mode voltage traveling waves at various measuring points, extracting the amplitudes of the corresponding frequency components, and calculating accumulated amplitude vectors; and establishing real amplitude ratio arrays in the same way; and finally, comparing the real amplitude ratio arrays with the theoretical amplitude ratio arrays obtained from the assumption that each bus is in fault; and in combination with the accumulated amplitude vectors at the various measuring points, determining a final fault area. According to the invention, the installation of measuring points and synchronous measurement of the whole network become unnecessary, posing lower requirements on the sampling frequency of the device, and making the method of good engineering practice value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of power grid fault location, and in particular relates to a method for locating a non-synchronous fault area of a power grid. Background technique [0002] With the development of AC power grid construction in China, fault location technology is becoming more and more important. The area affected by a fault in the transmission network is often wider than that in the distribution network, and the distance of the transmission line is long, and the line parameters have obvious frequency-dependent characteristics, which makes it difficult to locate the fault. Therefore, a reliable and practical fault area location method is of great significance for quickly troubleshooting, reducing economic losses, and maintaining safe and stable operation of the system. [0003] At present, the grid fault location methods can be divided into impedance method and traveling wave method. The impedance method uses the relatio...
