The energy-saving refrigerating method includes the following steps that moisture generated by condensation of air conditioner indoor unit evaporator fins is collected into an air conditioner indoor unit condensing water collector; a water pump or the gravity is utilized to guide the moisture collected by the air conditioner indoor unit condensing water collector into an air conditioner outdoor unit radiating evaporator; and finally the moisture in the air conditioner outdoor unit radiating evaporator is used for reducing the temperature of cooling fins of an air conditioner outdoor unit condenser. The energy-saving refrigerating method can effectively improve the radiating effect of the fins of the air conditioner outdoor unit condenser, improve electric energy utilizing efficiency in the air conditioner refrigerating process, and improve the air conditioner refrigerating effect; and the fins of the outdoor unit condenser are used for heating and evaporating the condensed moisture, so that the water dripping trouble in the refrigerating process is effectively avoided.
