The method includes the following steps: (1) placing the harvested camellia oleifera fruits into lime, covering the camellia oleifera fruits with the lime completely and allowing the lime-covered camellia oleifera fruits to stand for 3-5 days under the sun; (2) taking out the camellia oleifera fruits, removing the lime off the surface of each of the camellia oleifera fruits and allowing the camellia oleifera fruits to stand for 7-10 days under the sun until the camellia oleifera fruits crack naturally; (3) collecting the automatically separated camellia oleifera seeds and manually peeling off the camellia oleifera seeds which are not separated from the camellia oleifera fruits; (4) removing the impurities of the camellia oleifera seeds and performing cleaning; (5) performing vacuum refrigeration on the cleaned camellia oleifera seeds at a temperature of minus 20 DEG C to minus 30 DEG C for 3-5h; and (6) drying the refrigerated camellia oleifera seeds at a temperature of 40 DEG C to 60 DEG C for 2-4h so as to obtain finished products.
