Abstract

The invention discloses a control method of a cooling device for quenching. The cooling device comprises a cooling pool; an overflow pool is arranged at the external of the cooling pool; a workpiece table is arranged at the middle lower part of the cooling pool, is used for placing workpieces to be quenched, and is of a grid hollow structure; multiple cyclone blades are arranged below the workpiece table; and each cyclone blade penetrates through the cooling pool to connect with a motor through a rotating shaft. The cooling device further comprises multiple temperature sensors; and the motor and the temperature sensors are both connected to an ECU. The method at least comprises the following steps: (1) the ECU controls the motor to rotate at a low speed; and ascending currents are formed in the cooling pool; (2) the quenched workpieces are put on the workpiece table; and (3) the ECU monitors the temperatures of the temperature sensors and judges if the temperatures are accordant with a preset value; and if not, the rotating speed of the motor is correspondingly adjusted. The control method can reasonably and uniformly control the temperature of a cooling agent.
