Abstract

The invention aims to provide a method and a device for calculating resources in a distributed system. The method comprises the steps of obtaining target tasks and one or more pieces of target resource information corresponding to the target tasks in the distributed system, wherein the target resource information includes resource specification information; scheduling the target tasks to corresponding target data nodes; and processing the target tasks in parallel according to one or more resource specification dimensions corresponding to the resource specification information by utilizing the target data nodes. Compared with the prior art, the target resource information can be quickly matched with resource calculation demands corresponding to an actual business based on the resource specification information corresponding to the target resource information; when the target tasks sent by the system are obtained, the target tasks are processed in parallel according to the resource specification dimensions corresponding to the resource specification information, so that the resource calculation response speed of the system is increased; and meanwhile, the resource specification information can reflect respective business values, so that the business extensibility is enhanced.
