The radiator comprises a barrel body and a first heat radiation part, the barrel body is internally provided with a holding cavity, the circuit board device is located in the holding cavity, the power module is connected in the barrel body, the first heat radiation part is connected with the outer surface of the barrel body, and the power module and the first heat radiation part are correspondingly arranged on the barrel body.
