The operation mode adjustment reduces a quantity of redundant devices in operation. Operation parameter adjustment is to change part of operation parameters of a device and appropriately reduce input power of the device. The operation mode adjustment is to transfer or reduce load output through reasonably adjusting operation time and a working state of the device. The automatic demand response operation mode based on flexible load control improves device operation efficiency and service life and reduces pressure on control of a rigidload in orderly power utility.
