During berry fermentation, the fermenting cover plate is connected to the tank body to ferment berries. After berries are fermented, the fermenting cover plate is replaced by the squeezing cover plate; the squeezing cover plate is matched with the screen drum and sieve plate to squeeze peels directly, and the peels do not need to be transferred to a squeezer to be squeezed; and after the peelsare squeezed, the squeezing cover plate is replaced by the ageing cover plate, so that the equipment can serve as an ageing tank.
