The concrete scabbler vehicle is driven to move through a driver.The driver can drive a rotating roller to rotate positively and reversely. A first driving rope is wound clockwise and a second driving rope is wound anticlockwise around the rotating roller. The first driving rope passes through one end of the hanging platform and turns to be connected with the concrete scabbler vehicle. The second driving rope passes through the other end of the hanging platformand turns to be connected with the concrete scabbler vehicle. The first driving rope and the second driving rope are connected with each other to form a ring shape. The concrete scabbler vehicle canbe pulled to move in the different directions and reciprocates when the first driving rope and the second driving rope are contracted. A controller receives wireless control signals to control the driver and the hoister to work. By only needing to control states of all parts through a remote controller on the ground, the hanging platform lifts, and the concrete scabbler vehicle moves side to side;and personnel direct operation is not needed, and automatic working can be achieved.
