Abstract

The present invention provides a test tool of direct-current-centrifugal two-component nozzles. The test tool comprises a gas oxidant chamber, a liquid fuel collection chamber and a backpressure chamber which are detachably connected with one another from left to right; a tapered through-hole which extends in a left-and-right direction is formed in the liquid fuel collection chamber; the tapered through-hole is communicated with the liquid fuel collection chamber and the backpressure chamber; the inner diameter of the left side of the tapered through-hole on is greater than the inner diameterof the right side of the tapered through-hole; a nozzle is arranged in the tapered through-hole in an interference fit manner; the inner cavity of the nozzle is communicated with the gas oxidant chamber and the backpressure chamber; and the spiral groove of the nozzle is communicated with the liquid fuel collection chamber and the backpressure chamber. With the test tool of the invention adopted,a test nozzle and a working nozzle can be tested and calibrated simultaneously, so that the structural consistency of the two nozzles can be ensured; the tapered through-hole can achieve interferencefit between the nozzle and the liquid fuel collection chamber, so that machining accuracy can be reduced with sealing requirements satisfied; and liquid fuel collection chambers of different lengths can be selected as required to meet the test requirements of nozzles in different specifications.
