Abstract

Disclosed are an atomic absorption spectrometer for detecting lead and cadmium elements in grain at the same time and a detection method. The spectrometer adopts a lead-cadmium composite hollow cathode lamp, a power supply and a control module, wherein the hollow cathode lamp is arranged in a lead element high-performance lamp working state, a cadmium element common lamp working state, and a copper element adjacent wavelength background correction working state, so that background correction measurement of lead and cadmium elements at the same time is achieved. At the meanwhile, a diatomized region atomizer, a power supply and a control module are adopted, wherein the diatomized region atomizer is arranged in a regional time-sharing atomization mode, and through setting of whether samplingis carried out in different regions and adjustment of sampling amounts in different regions, lead and cadmium single elements are calculated and selected in excellent sensitivity. The detection method comprises a pre-treatment method of extracting lead and cadmium elements from grain at the same time and a sampling and data treatment method for measurement at the same. The lead-cadmium compositehollow cathode lamp is different from a common multielement lamp, and is improved in light energy improved, widened in linearity range, and improved in sensitivity and detection limit. The method is suitable for detecting lead and cadmium elements in grain at a fast large flux at the same time.
