Each piece of monitoring equipment comprises a direct current power source, a monitoring host, an information acquisition module and a data transmission module, wherein the monitoring host is connected with the direct current power source, the information acquisition module and the data transmission module; and the information acquisition module comprises a plurality of steel rail direct current resistors, a plurality of steel rail short-circuit wires, a circuit protection voltage dependent resistor, a low-frequency choking coil and an adjusting current limit resistor. Each monitoring section is divided into a plurality of segments, and two steel rails comprise the first steel rail and the second steel rail.
