Abstract

The invention provides a real-time measurement system for underwell vibration. The real-time measurement system comprises a power supplying unit, a centering guide unit, a vibration measurement unit,a taper sealing cap and an orientation tray, wherein the vibration measurement unit has a single-chip microcomputer, a protective housing, a copper joint assembly and a vibration parameter meter; theorientation tray is fixedly connected with a drill collar to fix the real-time measurement system for the underwell vibration; the tapered sealing cap is fixedly connected with the orientation tray toreduce flow speed of drilling fluid; the vibration parameter meter is disposed in the protective housing and electrically connected with the single-chip microcomputer to measure relative data relative to drilling tool vibration and send the measured data to the single-chip microcomputer; the drilling tool vibration data can be processed by the single-chip microcomputer and stored by the same; thecentering guide unit is fixedly connected between the power supplying unit and the protective housing to balance the real-time measurement system for underwell vibration; and the power supplying unitis electrically connected with the single-chip microcomputer and the vibration parameter meter to provide electricity. The real-time measurement system for underwell vibration can measure and store underwell drilling tool vibration data in real-time.
