The dielectric layer is a piezoelectric material layer. The sensing layer includes an electrode component which is in lamination with the dielectric layer. When the finger is applied to one side of thedielectric layer distant from the sensing layer, the finger and the electrode component form a capacitance or the finger causes the capacitance that is formed among electrode components to have changes so as to acquire the finger's fingerprint information. Since the dielectric layer is a piezoelectric material layer which often has a greater dielectric constant, the dielectric layer can effectively increase the sensing sensitivity in identifying the capacitance fingerprint. The invention also provides an electronic device which is advantaged by high sensing sensitivity in identifying fingerprints.
