Abstract

The method includes the following steps: 1) using 3D printing technology to print a bottom-layer test piece and a top-layer test piece in equal width, height and length to obtain a concrete member test piece; 2) maintaining and drying the concrete member test piece, fixing connectors on thetwo sides of both the bottom-layer test piece and the top-layer test piece to obtain a test sample, wherein insert slots are formed between the two connectors at the same sides of the bottom-layer test piece and the top-layer test piece; 3) respectively placing an inverted-T-shaped test piece and a T-shaped test piece on the two ends of the test sample, wherein the inverted-T-shaped test piece and the T-shaped test piece are respectively fixed on the bottom surface and an upper pressure surface of a loading device and are inserted into the insert slots; 4) at constant speed, applying a load by means of a loading device until the test sample is fractured, measuring area of an interlayer joint surface, and calculating the interlayer adhesion strength according to the value of a maximum pressure applied by the loading device.
