Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: firstly analyzing components in the industrial dust, blending the industrial dust according to an analysis result, preparing a desalination material, and controlling the mass percentage of calcium oxide in the desalination material to be more than or equal to 52.5 percent; mixing the electric furnace steel manufacturing dust, a reducing agent and the desalination material to prepare a composition, feeding the composition into a reaction kiln, feeding air for high temperature reduction, carrying out sublimation to obtain gaseous zinc elementary substance, leading out the gaseous zinc elementary substancefor recycling, and obtaining calcium chloride which is a byproduct. The method has the outstanding effects that sintering industrial dust of a steel plant is applied to refining of the electric furnace steel manufacturing dust, so that the zinc in the electric furnace steel manufacturing dust can be almost completely recycled, and the production cost is lower; the mass percentage of the calcium oxide in the desalination material is more than or equal to 53.8 percent; rapid growth of sticky objects in the kiln wall can be avoided, thereby prolonging the production period and prolonging the service life of equipment.
