A draught fan body is included, wherein a high-speed fan is arranged in the draught fanbody, one wind passing tunnel tube is arranged on one side of the draught fan body, an electrostatic dust precipitation box is arranged at one end of the wind passing tunnel tube, the other end of the electrostatic dust precipitation box is connected with a liquid spraying dust precipitation box through a wind passing tunnel pipe, the other end of the liquid spraying dust precipitation box is connected with one wind passing tunnel tube, a liquid spraying dust precipitation pipe is connected with the bottom of the liquid spraying dust precipitation box, and a water tank is arranged at the bottom end of the liquid spraying dust precipitation pipe.
