Abstract

The connection chamber includes a sealed chamber (10), a working chamber (11), and a fixing clamp (12). The vacuum chamber includes a vacuum room (26), a measurement room (34), a monitoring room (24) that are provided with respective vacuum gauges. Values are provided in order to controls the on-off states of paths between respective rooms and the vacuum pump. The control device realizes a detection procedure by reading a vacuum gauge signal and controlling the on-off state of the valve. The vacuum pump provides a required vacuum environment. The vacuum chamber, the vacuum pump, the control device, the valves, and pipelines are placed in the body frame.
